About me

I offer an integrative, strength based therapeutic approach that weaves together Art therapy, somatic healing through yoga, and sound to support deep emotional and nervous-system transformation. I believe every client carries an inner healer, and my role is to help you access that innate wisdom through creative expression, body centered practices, and mindful self awareness. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental-health journeys, creating a safe and grounded space for regulation, repair, and growth. Alongside traditional therapeutic modalities, I incorporate archetypal exploration through tarot and astrology to illuminate patterns, strengthen self-understanding, and empower clients to move through healing journeys with clarity, agency and intention.

For the past twelve years I have worked as an art therapist and mental health councilor dedicated to helping people through a holistic, strength based lens of healing. My practice is shaped by my lifelong journey as an artist- and the many mediums I’ve explored- each one teaching me something unique about expression, resilience, and the power of non-verbal communication.

Having lived across different regions of the United States, and traveled widely I bring a broad, culturally aware perspective to the therapeutic space.

My philosophy is rooted in curiosity and a deep respect for the many ways we seek meaning. I draw inspiration from the world’s religions, philosophy, science, literature, and social justice, allowing these diverse traditions of thought to inform the ways I understand conscious and unconscious worlds. I am passionate about the transformative potential of imagination and the expressive arts, which offer pathways to healing that reach beyond language into deeper layers of the self. Above all I care about meeting each person with compassion, and helping them access their own inner strength, creativity, and capacity for growth.

My services

Art Therapy
It all begins with a willingness- a line, a scribble or fully formed image. Art therapy is a way of going beneath the rational mind and expressing what words cannot. It’s a surprising journey to see what emerges from the sub-conscious in a gentle way, to discover depths we can’t often name. This brings more texture and possibilities for new meaning making that go far beyond typical talk therapy. Life is like art, you have to draw the line somewhere. No prior art experience necessary.

Somatic body work through Yoga

Our bodies are deeply connected to our healing process. In fact, the mind lives inside of our body! The mind-body connection is important for healing. When the nervous system is regulated, our body feels safe, and deeper layers of healing can occur. Incorporating breath technique, sound therapy and other tools to assist the body into regulated states, healing can occur on higher levels. My approach is gently ensuring that safety and stability are always maintained.

It is vulnerable to start therapy.

That act is called courage.
