I am a healer who believes that we each carry an internal wise healer within. I am a guide for you to find these parts of yourself and integrate them back to wholeness.

My approach follows the narrative of the many stories we each hold within ourselves. Through creative exploration we can find healing narratives and authentic embodiment.
